We are offering investment opportunities to purchase shares into the Leterfly Limited Partnership, that is building the Let It Fly Batting Cages of Surprise, LLC.

Each Share is $1,000.00

The General Partners and Limited Partners shall agree to the sale of 600 shares for the benefit of the Partnership, with 200 additional shares in reserve(800 shares total) to be sold for the benefit of the Partnership at the discretion of the Partners. The Shares shall be sold for a fixed term of five (5) years with a seven-percent (7%) expected return, or a fixed term of three (3) years with a five-percent (5%) expected return, as agreed to by the parties at the time of the shareholders’ initial capital contribution. Shareholders will not be allowed to sell back shares prior to maturity date absent agreement by the Partners, and Partners will have sole discretion to do so at a discounted rate of seventy-five percent(75%) of the shareholders’ initial capital contribution with no expected return. Original, authenticated share certificate must be presented at time of sale to receive payment from the Partnership as set forth in this section.
